DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS


All orders are prepared within 24 hours on working days* from the order date (Monday to Friday). Orders place during the weekend are shipped the following Monday.
Orders are shipped by the transporter UPS.

** Please note that during very busy periods (Holidays, sales, flash sales or private sales), the preparation times for your order may be longer, you should allow 5 to 10 working days after confirmation of your order.


TRACKING THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of your parcel. You can also track your order in your “My account/History of my orders” space:

  • Payment accepted: your order has been confirmed.
  • Preparing your order : we are preparing your order in our workshop.
  • Delivery in progress: your order has been entrusted to our transporter, you can track the delivery of your order with the tracking number sent by e-mail or available in your space.
  • Delivered: your parcel has been delivered to your home.

MY PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been returned to our workshop, it cannot be re-shipped to you and will be automatically reimbursed within 30 working days.

RETURNING YOUR PARCEL

You can return your products to us within a period of 14 days after reception of your order. It can be exchanged**, a credit note can be given or you can be reimbursed. The cost of return is your responsibility. Your return request must be made online, in our E-shop. Unfortunately, orders returned without a prior return request cannot be processed.

 

Please note the steps to be followed to declare your return online:

1/ Make your request: declare your return online, in your customer space in the "My account > History of my orders" section. Click on the order concerned by the return request, fill in the product(s) to be returned then confirm your return request.

2/ Confirmation of your return: once the return is accepted by our team, you will receive an "awaiting the parcel" e-mail.

3/ Send: we invite you to return the product(s) in perfect condition (not worn, not washed and in its original packaging), together with the delivery note, to the following address:

It should be noted that the product(s) you return must be in perfect condition: not worn, not washed and in their original packaging.

You will receive an e-mail to inform you when the reimbursement has been carried out. You should allow approximately 10 working days to give time for our workshop to process your return parcel.

 

**If you have requested an exchange for a different model, it may be necessary to place another order in our e-shop!
